For buyers
Ready to buy?
Found your next home, or motivated to do the footwork yourself? We guide you through contracts, contingencies, deadlines, title work and HOA disclosures for a flat fee — and use the compensation offered by the seller to put money back in your pocket.
Make money buying your home
When a seller offers buyer-agent compensation, we take our flat fee from it and rebate the difference to you — real money you can apply to buy-down points or closing costs. In 2025 alone, our buyers received $224,500 in rebates.
We also connect you with preferred lenders who help you make the best financial choices for your purchase.
Buying from a FSBO seller
Found a for-sale-by-owner property and hesitant to purchase without professional help? Our FSBO assistance covers contract writing, representation and negotiating with the seller to pay our compensation — $2,000 per side, and buyer representation can end up free when the seller pays it.

Sellers commonly offer compensation to the buyer's side. We keep only our flat fee — $5,000 up to $1M, $10,000 to $2M, $20,000 to $3M — and rebate the remainder to you at closing, typically applied to closing costs or rate buy-down points.
